On the day
Time on site, and what it costs.
Concrete does not wait. Have the site ready and the clock takes care of itself.
Waiting time
A delivery includes 30 minutes to unload. After that it is $50.00 for 31 to 60 minutes, then $1.00 a minute. Have the jobsite, forms and crew ready at the confirmed time.
Mixer time on a pickup
A pickup package includes the mixer for 2.5 hours from when it leaves our yard. One extra hour is $75.00; two extra hours are $225.00 in total, billed by the full hour.
If the site is not ready
If access is unsafe, the forms are not done or nobody is ready at the scheduled time, we may wait at the waiting rate, leave, dispose of the concrete and reschedule. Extra delivery, disposal, labor and remobilization charges may apply.
The money
Cancellations, returns and payment.
Concrete is made for your order and cannot go back on a shelf, which is where most of this comes from.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancelling an order costs $100.00, whatever the reason, unless it is the weather. A weather cancellation has no fee. Need to move the day? You can reschedule, and when the weather is the reason there is never a fee. Once production begins, a canceled order cannot be refunded.
Returned concrete and washout
Returned concrete or disposal starts at $75.00 and can be more depending on the amount, the cleanup and the disposal cost. Washout service is $45.00. Without it, you provide an approved washout area and follow our instructions.
Payment
Payment is due before production or delivery, unless we have approved you for commercial terms. A full-service job follows the deposit and progress schedule in its written proposal.
