Sidewalk and driveway repair

A raised joint or a broken section is a trip waiting to happen. We come out, look at it, and fix it the right way. Grind it level, or cut it out and pour it new.

A sidewalk whose slabs have shifted to different heights, leaving a raised edge and a gap.

What we fix.

How it works

Four steps, call to fixed.

  1. Tell us what is wrong

Call, text or send a request. Say where it is and what you see. A photo helps.

  2. We inspect

We come out and look at the concrete, what caused the problem, and how we can get to it.

  3. We recommend

Grind it where that will hold. Cut it out and replace it where it will not. You get a quote before any work starts.

  4. We repair

Our crew does the work. When a section is replaced, the new concrete comes from our own yard.

Good to know

Grind it, or replace it.

There are two ways to fix bad concrete. The right one depends on what we find.

  • Grind or plane it

When the slab is sound but one edge sits high, we take the high edge down so the surface is level again. It is the quicker fix when it fits the problem.

  • Cut out and replace

When the concrete is cracked, sunken or broken up, grinding will not save it. We cut the bad section out and pour a new one.

  • We tell you which

You do not have to know which one you need. We look first, recommend the fix that makes sense, and say why.

Who we work for

One walk, or a whole property.

A single trip hazard at a house and a list of them across a property are the same job to us.

  • Homeowners
  • Homeowners associations
  • Property managers
  • Apartment communities
  • Commercial properties
